Welcome to Brigitewear International, LLC. These Terms of Service govern your use of brigitewear.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make through it. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
Who we are
Brigitewear International, LLC is a swimwear brand based in Indio, California. We handmake our products in small batches rather than mass-producing them. Reach us anytime at inquiry@brigitewear.com or through our Contact page.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order on this Site. By using the Site, you confirm you meet this requirement
Products and pricing
We do our best to display our products, colors, and sizing accurately, but slight variations can happen since each piece is handmade. See our Size Chart and Fabrics & Colors pages for guidance before ordering. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, limit order quantities, or refuse any order at our discretion.
Custom orders
Custom and personalized items ordered through our Customize page, including lining changes, color changes, added adjustable strapping, and custom sizing, are made specifically for you and are final sale, not eligible for return, refund, or exchange, as described in our Return & Refund Policy.
Orders and payment
Placing an order is an offer to purchase the item(s) at the listed price. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Your order isn't confirmed until you receive a confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock issues, and we'll issue a full refund if payment was already taken.
Shipping and returns
Shipping timelines and costs are outlined in our Shipping Policy. Return and refund terms are outlined in our Return & Refund Policy. Both are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Account responsibility
If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. Let us know immediately at inquiry@brigitewear.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
Intellectual property
All content on this Site, including product designs, photography, logos, and text, belongs to Brigitewear International, LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content commercially without our written permission.
Prohibited use
You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, attempt unauthorized access to our systems, interfere with the Site's operation, or submit false or misleading information when placing an order.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Brigitewear International, LLC isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products purchased through it. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
