Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Brigitewear pieces. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- All tags attached
- Sanitary liner fully intact
- Tried on over underwear
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
Refunds vs Store Credit
- Full-price items: Eligible for a refund to your original payment method
- Sale items: Eligible for store credit only
- Custom orders: Final sale (not eligible for returns or exchanges)
Custom orders include (but are not limited to):
- Lining changes
- Color changes
- Added adjustable strapping
- Custom sizing
Exchanges (Recommended)
We offer free exchanges for U.S. customers.
If your item doesn’t fit, we recommend exchanging for a different size or style—it’s the fastest way to get what you need.
Return Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- A $6.95 processing fee will be deducted from refunds
Final Sale Items
All customized items (Lining changes, Color changes, Added adjustable strapping, Custom sizing) are Final Sale Items and not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
Processing Time
Once your return is received and inspected, please allow 5–10 business days for your refund or store credit to be issued.
Important Notes
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy
- Original shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable
