Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.

Swimwear & Sheer Items: For hygienic reasons, returns are accepted only if the hygiene seal is still intact.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges
Exchanges are available for size or color, subject to stock availability.
