Can I place an order without creating an account?
Yes. You can place an order as a guest with no obligation to create an account. We do recommend that you create an account, however, if you’d like to check your order history and have your shopping basket items and payment details saved for next time. It’s quick and easy to create an account. Just visit https://your-brigitewear-account.brigitewear.com and follow the instructions on-screen.
Where is my order confirmation?
This is automatically sent to your email address when you place an order. If you haven’t received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please get in touch at inquiry@brigitewear.com just in case there’s a problem with your order. Please check your mailbox’s spam or junk folder before contacting in case the order confirmation has been diverted there.
Why has my order been canceled?
We typically only cancel orders if if you’ve asked us to cancel or there’s a problem with the order. However, if there is a problem with the order we will attempt to contact you via email. If there is no response to your emails within 4 days we will attempt to contact you by phone (within the United States only) if a phone number is provided. If, for some reasone there has been no response for 7 days we will then cancle and refund the order. Please accept our apologies if your order is canceled for any reason.
How do I cancel my order?
There is only a short amount of time between when you place your order and when we start processing it. If you contact us straight away after ordering, via inquiry@brigitewear.com, we may be able to cancel your order before it’s processed and shipped. If not, then you can return it to us if you wish upon receiving it.
Can I alter my order?
If you need to modify an order, please contact us at inquiry@brigitewear.com. We are happy to make any possible changes you need.
Please note; Once an order has shipped, we are happy to try to work with you and the carrier to try and rectify any issues (IE: unable to deliver or incorrect shipping address, etc). However, options can be limited.
Sadly needs to be said: We do not reccomend expecting us to make demands on the USPS or FedEx and thinking that our Small Business Supreme Superpower will make the nation/world wide corporations bow down in suplication.
When will my order arrive?
Orders that require shipping within the U.S. will be delivered within three to ten days, depending on your preferred shipping method. Shipping to countries outside of the U.S. may take up to 14 days, again depending on your preferred shipping method. When your order is processed, packed and the shipping lable is created, you will recieve an e-mail notifying you of the tracking number. Please check your Spam Folder as well. If, for any reason, you did not recieve the e-mail, please contact us at inquiry@brigitewear.com and we will gladly send it to you again. Please get in touch if your order hasn’t been delivered according to the expected timescales, and we will check your order status.

We offer free economy/standard shipping to orders within the USA.
For Priority and International shipping: Costs are calculater at checkout.
Priority and International Shipping costs vary depending on the items you’ve ordered(weight) and the State or Country where it’s being delivered.
Can I track my order?
Yes. We’ll provide updates at every stage of your order, from the moment you place it, through to despatch and delivery.
In your delivery confirmation emails, you’ll receive a tracking number reference which you can use to check the progress of your order online.

Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- All tags attached
- Sanitary liner fully intact
- Tried on over underwear
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
Refunds vs Store Credit

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or faulty, please take photos of the product in question and email our customer service team via inquiry@brigitewear.com with the details.
We’ll respond as soon as possible. usually within 48 hours.
If you just don’t like the product for any reason, we’ll gladly accept it back as a return, providing it meets the below return requirements.
