I love this top! I'm 5'8" 165#, natural 36D and I purchased a medium- normally I am a medium, US size 6-8 in jeans. I decided on a medium because I wanted good support for my natural breasts and with the style figured that it shouldnt cut in even if it is a little snug. Overall I'm not mad at my choice but I probably would have preferred a large. The top is beautiful on, gives amazing support, but does dig just a little at the bottom seam- probably something that only I will notice, though. It is just slightly sheer when dry- my nipples are pierced but it's only slightly detectable when the fabric is dry. I haven't seen it wet yet, but I'm looking forward to the "surprise" when I get out of the water. If you have a hard body, i would get your true size, if your body is softer, I would size up if you are between sizes. I am glad I found this site. These are unique pieces that you can't really find elsewhere- for that reason alone, I was willing to pay the higher prices.
